once upon a springtime

I am wondering right about now when springtime will reach my little part of the world, lol! While I wait for those warmer temperatures and in honor of the much anticipated season, I put together this beautiful mini. This is definitely one of my favorite book that I have done mainly because I just love this whimsical paper by Graphic 45! They really did a wonderful job of combining frogs and fairies, bunnies and butterflies to create this fairytale like paper line. I have spent weeks making this one and have really loaded it up with so many goodies. There are tons of charms, Prima flowers and gorgeous trims throughout. I have a few photos below, but see them all on ebay here. This one of a kind album is up tomorrow night!

I popped up the fairy and the book here on the cover (not sure you can see that from this picture) and Stickles have been added for a little sparkle. Also check out the cute little glass bottle with cork top and fairy dust (lower right corner)!! There are charms everywhere in this one... the rhinestone butterfly is beautiful and there is also a cute bunny dangling from the side. You can see more detailed pictures on ebay!! Lots of stick pins with glass beads and pearls!! If you are familiar with my work, you know how much I love these :0)

I am working on a new album today and I am hoping to have it listed early next week.

Happy Spring scrapping!!

flower frenzy!

I have been trying to infuse my scrapbook room lately with lots of new products. The mailman delivered all of these yummy new flowers last week!! What is it about these scrapbook supplies that gets me so excited? Not completely sure why, but I do know that all of this newness gets the creative juices flowing for me. I have so many ideas swirling in my head that I'm finding it hard to concentrate, lol!! I have to say, Prima has really outdone themselves this time! There are so many different blossom options this release, and I even bought some of their gorgeous paper too! Anyway, I just wanted to share :o) And speaking of their gorgeous paper, I used the Madeline paper line on my new album below.

I will be listing this little beauty tonight on ebay and thought I would give you a little sneak peek! Sorry for the poor lighting on this photo... night shot in the scrapbook room, sigh. I will be taking the listing pictures today with an abundance of natural light! Check back tomorrow and I will post a few more photos and the link, or check ebay tonight. You can search under my team's name TWAG! Happy Tuesday everyone!!

can you tell...

... I am ready for Spring? I am thinking that my books lately show that, LOL! We had a few nice days of warm weather and then back to the freezing cold, sigh. Anyway, in my scrapbook room I have been feeling the warmth, smelling the flowers and hearing the birds sing :0) This is my lasted listing on ebay, you can see more photos here. This one has a bit of a shabby chic feel and I was thinking it would be perfect for Mother's Day!
Thought I would try another album with the lace all the way around the edge. I love the way that looks!!

I finally used some of my Pink Paislee Artisian elements. I have had them for awhile now and was excited to finally use them... I actually think I forgot I had them, lol. I just added the "Cherish" rub on to the top.

Some more charms (even more beautiful in person) and pins... have been loving the pins lately!!

The doilies are just so pretty and add such great texture. These are always my favorite pages!

Alright, I need to get dinner made for my family and then later into my scrapbook room for maybe another Spring inspired album, lol! Happy scrapping!!

something purple?

OK, well maybe this album is more lavender, but this is a first for me. I am not really the purple kind of girl, but bought this paper because I thought I needed something a little different. And I have to say, I really love it!
I had to stock up on some purple flowers and embellishments cause I really had none, lol! I love this big Prima blossom, yum :o) I picked up this purple ribbon by Martha Stewart on clearance... so beautiful in person!!

I have been obsessed with my pins lately! And have been buying up beads to make them like crazy!!

Lots of pinks and greens mixed in (two of my favorite colors). I added a few doilies in too... this page is so feminine, just makes me happy :o)

If you are interested you can see all the pictures up on ebay here!

Have a great weekend!!

the little things

It really is just the small things in life that make me happy. I have wanted to find a solution to this slider door since we moved in. We had the dreaded vertical blinds mainly because the back of our house gets so much sun in the afternoon. And in the summer in bakes the house! So I found these beautiful drapes at Target on clearance for a mere $7 a panel!! They are this plush velvet like fabric that goes great with our new sofa which is in our family room (just to the right of this picture). What a difference this makes (so wish I had a before picture, but I took the blinds down and then thought of that, sigh). Anyway, thought I would share my little happiness today :o)

Also, I just listed this album last night on ebay. I used the Basic Grey Curio paper line... really gorgeous paper and beautiful colors! This cameo pendant has been in my stash for a while... love the way it looks on the cover :o) If you are interested you can see all the picture here.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

warming up!

Well it is not spring here yet, but it was sunny and warmed up a bit yesterday! A far cry from last week... this is what my backyard looked like after the big snow. The girls loved it, but not our trees so much :o( We thought for sure that some of the branches were going to snap from all the heavy snow and ice. My ten year old thought she would help knock all the snow off these huge trees with her little broom, lol!! So sweet for trying!! Anyway, while I wait for the 70 degree weather, I have been staying indoors and scrapping. I just completed an album to list Wednesday or Thursday night on ebay. I used some new paper from Basic Grey called Curio which I have had in my stash for a few months now. Glad I finally had a chance to use it. As always Basic Grey has such beautiful paper!

Check out this little chunky mini if you are interested on ebay. Only a few more days left on this shabby chic love album!!

Hope everyone enjoys the rest of the week!!
